Mid-Level Graphic Designer for Uber Account

About the role

GALE is looking for a Mid‑Level Graphic Designer to join the team supporting the Uber account. You will work across global design systems, product/in‑app experiences, CRM, and social media, turning strategy and brand guidelines into high‑quality, performance‑driven creative at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and application of Uber’s design systems and component libraries.
• Assist in designing in‑app experiences, flows, and feature moments.
• Produce brand and marketing assets for CRM campaigns and social platforms.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, creative leadership, copywriters, strategists, and account teams.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and contribute to a culture of high‑craft standards.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of design experience with a portfolio showing range in product/digital and brand/marketing work.
• Eager to learn and work within design systems and component‑based thinking.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, color, and layout.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Curious about generative and AI‑assisted production tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with motion tools such as After Effects (a plus).
• Basic understanding of design systems and component libraries.
• Interest in AI‑assisted design workflows.
