Mid-level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to join Nalley Consulting’s team at SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, FL. The role focuses on building secure, automated Kubernetes‑based deployments and supporting cloud‑native services across multiple impact levels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain environment‑specific Kubernetes configuration packages (Helm values, YAML manifests) with STIG‑aligned hardening and RBAC enforcement.
• Implement secrets injection using FedRAMP‑compliant tools such as AWS Secrets Manager and Azure Key Vault.
• Design, integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and rollback of ArcGIS components and related services.
• Collaborate with Kubernetes and Data Layer Engineers to ensure version control, pipeline integrity and integration testing.
• Provide cloud resource usage estimates for IL2, IL4 and IL5 environments and support tagging, provisioning and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience designing, implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proven ability to secure and scale deployments, manage secrets, and monitor performance.
