Mid-Level CI-HUMINT Analyst

About the role

BLUEHAWK is seeking a Mid-Level CI-HUMINT Analyst to support a long‑term contract for the U.S. Army and the Intelligence Community. The analyst will provide strategic counterintelligence and human intelligence analysis to protect forces, inform mission planning, and identify foreign intelligence threats to U.S. interests and Defense Critical Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare intelligence reports, assessments, briefings, and executive‑level products supporting command mission planning and force protection.
• Identify asymmetric and foreign intelligence threats, assess internal security conditions, and produce threat assessments and trend analyses.
• Integrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and other disciplines to generate all‑source intelligence.
• Support development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs and strategic collection management plans.
• Conduct complex CI analytic production for Army Counterintelligence missions and analyze threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure, DoD supply chains, and emerging technologies.
• Assist CI‑HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational synchronization and intelligence oversight activities.
• Prepare executive briefings and provide intelligence recommendations to senior military and government leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to complete a Counterintelligence‑Scope Polygraph.
• One of the required certifications (e.g., DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA Level I & II, CCMP‑F, etc.).
• 10+ years CI‑HUMINT analysis experience, including 5+ years supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community organizations.
