Microsoft D365 CRM / Copilot AI Functional Lead – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to lead functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Copilot/AI solutions for clients in Chicago. The role combines strategy, design and implementation across front‑, mid‑ and back‑office processes, helping organisations modernise their technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP solutions, including integration with Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end‑to‑end implementations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, delegating tasks to develop their capabilities.
• Apply critical thinking to solve unstructured business problems and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Stay current with Microsoft Copilot and AI advancements and incorporate them into client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven success delivering Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP projects.
• Experience configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 products.
