Microbiologist – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. You will work remotely, on your own schedule, and contribute to improving the logical accuracy and overall performance of our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with challenging biology queries covering cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Measure progress of AI models, assess their logic, and identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI‑generated answers.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine model outputs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques.
• Holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
