Microbiologist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chat‑bot models that answer complex biology questions. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, assessing logical consistency, and providing feedback to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate challenging cell biology, genetics, and biochemistry questions for AI chat‑bots and review their answers.
• Assess the correctness, relevance, and logical flow of AI‑generated responses.
• Track model improvements over time and suggest refinements to enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to troubleshoot issues and refine training data.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
