Microbiologist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that answer complex biology questions. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from your own computer on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI models with challenging biology queries covering cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods.
• Assess the accuracy, logic, and performance of the AI-generated answers.
• Identify gaps in model knowledge and suggest improvements to enhance output quality.
• Track progress across multiple projects and report findings.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and laboratory techniques.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
