Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager to lead tax advisory services for complex M&A transactions. You will guide clients through tax planning, compliance and structuring, ensuring optimal tax outcomes while leveraging digital tools and innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client service accounts and manage end‑to‑end engagement workstreams.
• Analyse tax implications of mergers, acquisitions and related business transactions.
• Develop and implement tax structures that maximise client value.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior team members to deliver high‑quality deliverables.
