About the role

Join Driscoll’s as a Merchandising Marketing Associate and help shape the future of in‑store experiences for shoppers. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will develop and execute customer‑specific merchandising strategies that bring the brand to life on the shelf.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of retail merchandising plans, creating presentations and coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Category Management and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales data, in‑store conditions and competitive activity to uncover merchandising opportunities and generate data‑driven insights.
• Design and maintain shelf layouts using planogram software to optimize space, improve product visibility and align with strategy.
• Support the creation and upkeep of account‑specific retail playbooks outlining best practices for product placement and seasonal execution.
• Track performance of in‑store merchandising initiatives, produce reports, evaluate ROI and recommend continuous‑improvement actions.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on merchandising priorities.
• Manage distribution of brand assets to retail customers through third‑party print and distribution vendors.
• Assist with program execution for new product launches, distribution gains and shopper marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 1‑2 years of experience in grocery merchandising, grocery store operations, or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating an ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with planogram software for shelf layout design.
