Merchandising Coordinator, Global Women's Bottoms

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator for its Global Women’s Bottoms line. The role supports the global merchandising team, focusing on data entry, sample management and day‑to‑day activities throughout the product development cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain data‑entry integrity and seasonal product information in product management systems.
• Organize and manage samples for assigned global product categories.
• Create and maintain merchandising tools using Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe applications.
• Support product development activities and prepare meeting materials.
• Perform administrative tasks for the merchandising team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred).
• Retail or merchandising experience (preferred).
• Prior knowledge of PLM systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Passion for product and consumer insight, with basic retail math understanding.
