Merchandising Analyst – High Jewelry

About the role

The Merchandising Analyst – High Jewelry supports salon teams by managing inventory, stock allocations and product rotations across a global luxury retail network. You will ensure optimal product availability, drive profitability and collaborate on new product launches and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global stock allocations and product rotations for salon locations.
• Assist with daily and weekly replenishment shipments and analyse regional sales trends.
• Act as liaison for salons, facilitating merchandise transfers to meet sales opportunities, client requests and appointment needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Product Management, Logistics and Global Merchandising on launches, campaigns, events and photoshoots.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon teams and internal partners.
• Prepare monthly High Jewelry communications to update retail teams on new products and sales strategies.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, reporting and support special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑4 years of allocations or merchandising experience; luxury retail or jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and build strong working relationships across functions.
• Adaptability, flexibility and initiative.
