Merchandiser – Tucson (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the Tucson market, where you’ll bring leading beer, wine, and spirits brands to life on store shelves. You’ll travel between retail locations, create eye‑catching displays, and ensure products are stocked and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Build creative in‑store displays that highlight brand offerings.
• Stock, rotate, and organize products to maintain a fresh and appealing shelf.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure items are placed correctly.
• Maintain relationships with store teams and act as a trusted brand partner.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new‑item opportunities to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn about beer, wine, and spirits brands.

Required skills

• $18.25 per hour base pay.
• $2,400 taxable annual car allowance.
• $300 monthly gas card.
• $500 sign‑on bonus.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
