Merchandiser – Sales & Brand Display (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our sales team in Ridgeway, SC. In this full‑time position you will showcase Breakthru Beverage’s brands across a territory that includes Columbia, Sumter, Orangeburg, Aiken and North Augusta, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are eye‑catching and product placement maximises sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit new and existing accounts daily to stock, rotate and replenish shelves.
• Build and maintain brand displays and point‑of‑sale material.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Manage inventory levels, identify out‑of‑stock situations and recommend additional facings.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and report opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• Ability to lift 45‑65 lb and perform frequent climbing, bending and standing.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.

Required skills
