Merchandiser – Retail Brand Display & Inventory

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser and be the face of our brands in stores across the region. You will create eye‑catching displays, manage inventory, and ensure our products are presented in the best possible way for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain brand displays and point‑of‑sale material.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
• Develop product knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
