Merchandiser – Retail Beverage Stocking & Display

About the role

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring beverage products are stocked, rotated and presented attractively across assigned retail locations in the East Valley market. Working full‑time, you will use your own vehicle to visit stores, maintain brand standards and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate beverage shelves and cold‑box facings in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain displays, manage point‑of‑sale material and execute store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts, gather feedback and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf space and improve brand/category placement.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and spirit brands and ensure responsible handling of alcohol products.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor with sound judgment; ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and perform frequent standing, climbing and bending.

• Hourly wage of $18.25.
• Annual taxable car allowance of $2,400.
• Monthly gas card worth $300.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑2:30 pm.
