Merchandiser – North Central Metro (Full-time)

About the role

As a Merchandiser for Breakthru Beverage you will creatively showcase our beverage brands across the North Central Metro area. The role is full-time, Tuesday‑Saturday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, and requires reliable transportation to visit customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain product displays and point‑of‑sale material.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand presence, shelf facings and cold‑box placements.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Expand knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
• Handle alcoholic products responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older; high‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and lift 45‑65 lb.
