Merchandiser – National Accounts Team (Colorado)

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is looking for a hands‑on Merchandiser to join its National Accounts Team. You will travel across the Denver, Centennial and Lakewood areas, creating eye‑catching displays, managing inventory and ensuring our brands are presented perfectly in Total Wine & More stores.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain product displays and POS material.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key account contacts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item situations.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and spirit brands.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor, sound judgment and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.

• $20.00 per hour base pay.
• $2,400 annual car allowance and a company‑issued gas card.
• $500 sign‑on bonus.
