Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser will support sales consultants by ensuring shelves are stocked, inventory is rotated, and brand displays are built and maintained. This full‑time position works directly with retail accounts to drive product sell‑through and enhance the shopper experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate call schedule and follow each retailer’s merchandising processes.
• Place point‑of‑sale materials on shelves and create brand‑specific displays.
• Rotate products, stock shelves and back‑room inventory to maximize sell‑through.
• Coordinate product resets and assist with display installations.
• Build relationships with key account contacts and gather feedback on merchandising effectiveness.
• Identify account issues and opportunities, communicating them to sales and internal teams.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the industry, channel, and brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 45‑65 lb, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform frequent driving to service accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting abilities, with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Basic PC proficiency, including MS Office and presentation software.
