Merchandiser – Full-time in Destin, FL

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to join Breakthru Beverage in Destin, FL. In this full-time position you will showcase our beverage brands in retail locations, build displays, manage inventory and ensure optimal product placement. The role involves traveling to customer sites using your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts daily.
• Build and maintain point-of-sale displays and manage promotional materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold-box facings and report out-of-stock or new-item situations.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and spirit brands and educate customers.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and lift 45-65 lb.
