Merchandiser – Full-time (Green Bay area)

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the Green Bay area. You will be responsible for creatively showcasing our beverage brands, building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring product placement across customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts
• Build and maintain attractive product displays
• Manage point‑of‑sale (POS) materials
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, and seasonal changes
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback
• Identify brand and category opportunities and expand shelf and cold‑box facings
• Communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities to the sales team
• Increase product knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and safely
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to work occasional weekends
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly
