Merchandiser – Crestview/Niceville, FL

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser serving the Crestview and Niceville areas of Florida. You will be responsible for showcasing our beverage brands in retail locations, ensuring product availability, and creating attractive displays that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage promotional materials.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase shelf and cold‑box facings and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands and educate customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Availability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
