Merchandise Supervisor – Retail Store Management

About the role

The Merchandise Supervisor will join the store management team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Troutdale, Oregon. This full‑time position is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop associate teams through daily guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate store associates.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
