Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is recruiting an independently licensed clinical therapist as a 1099 contractor. The provider works with Lyra's matching technology and supportive platform, with administrative and marketing support, and can choose their own schedule. The opportunity suits clinicians who want to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to work with children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care
• Own office space in the Alabama area where clients can be seen
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Full-time resident of the United States
