Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor (Illinois)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is recruiting independently licensed clinical therapists to join its provider network. The work is provided as a 1099 contractor position, offering evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families. The ability to work with clients in person through your own private or group practice is strongly preferred.

Providers are matched with motivated clients, supported by administrative and marketing help, and billed simply with quick payments. The positions are open to providers in Springfield, Peoria, Crestwood, Vandalia, Macomb, Jacksonville, Fairfield and Danville.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, able to work independently without supervision, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT, and clinical best practices such as measurement-based care
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person care
• Own office space in the Illinois area where clients can be seen
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
