Key responsibilities

• Lead practical applications of scientific theory and complex processes for the unit’s product line.
• Direct research, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements.
• Interact with key customers to resolve high‑value process engineering issues.
• Manage alpha and beta product releases and oversee the alpha engineering program.
• Participate in strategic planning to align R&D with business objectives.
