Membership Sales Manager – Fairfield, TX

About the role

The Membership Sales Manager will lead local outreach and sales efforts for AirMedCare Network’s membership programs across Fairfield, TX and surrounding rural communities. This hybrid role combines extensive field work with occasional remote tasks, focusing on building trusted relationships with businesses and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Spend roughly 90% of time in the field meeting prospects and partners throughout the Fairfield region.
• Engage primarily B2B customers (≈70%) and B2C customers (≈30%) to educate them on AMCN membership benefits.
• Generate leads through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calling, referrals, community events, chambers of commerce, agricultural and business networking, first‑responder partnerships, and healthcare outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, using a consultative approach tailored to families, employers, ranchers, and local businesses.
• Represent AMCN at community gatherings, building long‑term relationships with civic groups, schools, healthcare organizations, and small businesses to enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently within a 50‑75 mile radius of Fairfield, TX.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably with a B2B focus.

What we offer

• Two fixed base salary options ($35,000 or $45,000, non‑negotiable).
• Uncapped commission with on‑target earnings ranging from $75,785.28 to $180,000.
