Membership Sales Executive

About the role

Convene Hospitality Group is looking for a Membership Sales Executive to join the NeueHouse Madison Square team in New York. You will drive membership growth and private office sales while embodying the brand’s cultural hospitality and creative community ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for new membership and private office inquiries, from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Qualify inbound leads and execute proactive prospecting in partnership with broker networks and senior sales leadership.
• Generate, negotiate, and close membership agreements in line with pricing guidelines and brand positioning.
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets and support the renewal pipeline.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective members, conducting site tours and ensuring a seamless handoff to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot.
