Member Support Specialist – 11am-8pm EST (Mon-Fri)

About the role

Revive is seeking a Member Support Specialist to provide high‑quality assistance to members and care coordinators. You will work Monday‑Friday, 11 am‑8 pm EST, handling inbound communications and ensuring members navigate their healthcare and social‑determinant needs successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats from members and care coordinators.
• Enter data accurately, resolve member concerns, and follow up to ensure issue closure.
• Learn and apply all care plans, providing knowledgeable guidance.
• Manage web support tickets and live‑chat interactions.
• Educate members on available services and act as liaison with internal departments.
• Handle outbound calls as needed and adhere to HIPAA standards when accessing protected health information.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of call‑center experience.
• Previous experience in health‑insurance or healthcare environments.
• Strong computer literacy and data‑entry ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to stay composed in challenging situations and solve problems efficiently.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Self‑motivated team player who can propose improved solutions.
