Member Services Coordinator

About the role

The Member Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for members, guests, and prospects at Atlantic Fields. You will create memorable experiences by handling greetings, reservations, itineraries, and day‑to‑day communication, ensuring every interaction reflects the Discovery Land Company standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests by name upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date member profiles, preferences, and contact information.
• Design itineraries, coordinate transportation, reservations, and activities with internal teams or external vendors.
• Develop and keep a list of trusted local vendors and services for member recommendations.
• Answer club phones, route calls, and provide timely information.
• Produce daily activity reports and a 10‑day forecast of visits and special requests.
• Create and update written and visual guides, calendars, amenity lists, staff bios, and event flyers.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing club events.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and visitors.
• Support broader Member Services and club operations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of hospitality, customer service, or telephone experience.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken, patient, and courteous demeanor.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Canva for design and communication materials.
