Member Services Concierge – Driftwood Downtown

About the role

The Member Services Concierge is the first point of contact for members, guests, and prospects at the Driftwood Downtown club. You will create memorable experiences by handling greetings, reservations, transportation, and personalized services while supporting the overall member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain up‑to‑date member profiles and preferences.
• Build itineraries, coordinate transportation, reservations, and activities with internal teams or external vendors.
• Maintain a vetted list of local vendors, stores, and services for member recommendations.
• Answer club phone calls and route them appropriately.
• Prepare daily activity reports and a 10‑day forecast of visits and special requests.
• Create and update written and visual communications such as calendars, amenity lists, staff bios, and photos.
• Design invitations or flyers for club events and assist with event planning and promotion.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft exceptional experiences for prospects.
• Support the General Manager and Public Relations team with photography and positive experience promotion.
• Provide occasional assistance in the golf retail shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of hospitality, customer service, or telephone experience.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken personality with strong verbal interaction skills.
• Responsible, dependable, patient, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal communication.
