Member of Sales Staff

About the role

Join Reka as a Member of Sales Staff to own a book of prospective accounts end‑to‑end, from prospecting through to closing. You will work closely with Applied AI, Product, and Research teams to support technical evaluations and represent Reka at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of prospective accounts: prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation support, negotiation, and close.
• Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs and map them to Reka's product.
• Partner with Applied AI, Product, and Research for proofs of concept and benchmarking.
• Build and manage an accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasts to leadership.
• Represent Reka at demos, meetups, and industry events as a credible voice on generative AI and model infrastructure.
• Work directly with leadership on strategic or complex deals.
• Help shape early sales processes, positioning, and playbooks as one of the first dedicated sales hires.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing technical role selling to technical buyers in AI, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Track record of running full‑cycle deals and closing new business.
• Ability to speak credibly about model inference, API integration, fine‑tuning, or compute infrastructure, or quickly learn deep technical material.
• Comfort operating autonomously in an early‑stage company with limited processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailoring messages for developers, ML leads, or executives.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and market trends.
