Member Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Member Experience Coordinator will join the Club Member Services Department at Atlantic Fields, creating unique and memorable experiences for members, guests, and prospects. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments, you will help shape the Discovery Land Company hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate arrivals, departures, accommodations, transportation, reservations and activities for members, guests and visitors.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Respond to member inquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless service and execute special requests.
• Capture member preferences, feedback and memorable moments to personalize future experiences.
• Create and update written and visual guides, calendars, amenity lists and staff bios.
• Partner with Sales to design personalized visits that showcase the Atlantic Fields lifestyle.
• Assist in planning and executing club events, family experiences, seasonal celebrations and special activations.
• Maintain the club activity calendar and a vetted list of local vendors.
• Coordinate on‑site overnight rentals with Residential Services and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, member services, guest relations, events or a related field.
• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and building meaningful relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using platforms such as TEI, Jonas, Club Essentials and the Pacesetter App.
