Medical Supply Logistics Technician

About the role

Advent Services is seeking a Medical Supply Logistics Technician to support mission‑critical medical supply operations at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The position works Monday‑Friday, 07:30‑16:30, and may involve occasional travel for meetings or conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute medical supply and warehouse tasks in line with Air Force logistics procedures and safety standards.
• Process supply requests, ordering, receiving, and inventory management using the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system.
• Inspect, verify, store, palletize, and organize incoming medical equipment and supplies.
• Conduct physical inventories, monitor stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, issue, ship, and deliver medical supplies while ensuring proper accountability of government property.
• Support property management, cataloging, and War Reserve Material (WRM) maintenance initiatives.
• Safely operate government vehicles, forklifts, and material‑handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant warehouse environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months experience maintaining War Reserve Material in a DoD supply or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of U.S. Air Force supply systems, logistics policies, and WRM allowance standards.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a government vehicle authorization.
• Ability to obtain and retain a forklift certification.
• Willingness to sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement before starting.
