Medical Equipment Delivery Driver

About the role

Enovis is seeking a dedicated, service‑oriented professional to join its Field Services Team as a Medical Equipment Delivery Driver for the Northern California region. In this role you will ensure timely, accurate, and safe delivery, stocking, and management of durable medical equipment (DME) at consignment locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned territory to achieve service goals.
• Process all orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation for DME consignment sites.
• Evaluate clinic needs and collaborate with Sales and Inventory teams to improve consignment performance.
• Track operational targets, work with Sales and Operations to resolve challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues at consignment locations.
• Communicate effectively with customers across multiple platforms, addressing issues quickly.
• Support new account launches, provide initial in‑servicing, and manage key customer relationships.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
