Medical Aesthetician on Cruise Ship (Advanced English Required)

About the role

A cruise line is looking for a general practitioner who speaks advanced English to work as a medical-aesthetician on board ships. The position lasts 7 months at sea, with work carried out in English. The company supports the visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform medical-aesthetic procedures according to the company's protocols
• Explain treatments, products and aftercare to patients
• Work with the sales team to present services
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, clinical follow-up and inventory control
• Follow the spa's sanitation policies, disinfecting procedures, treatment room preparation and product handling and sampling procedures, and keep the sanitation logs as required

Required profile

• Recognized medical degree and a valid license as a general practitioner
• Advanced English, fluent in conversation and writing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, empathy and professionalism
• Independence, sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Previous experience in aesthetic medicine or medical spa is desirable but not required; full free training is provided in Miami if needed
