Media Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Media Sales Executive to join our dynamic multimedia advertising team. You will work with top‑tier partners and leverage our CRM system to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts across Puerto Rico and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the Puerto Rican and US markets, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct consultative selling by understanding client objectives and proposing tailored out‑of‑home and digital programmatic advertising solutions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in media or advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for client management.
• Knowledge of out‑of‑home media, digital programmatic and non‑traditional media is a plus.
