Media Planner (Hybrid, Full-time)

About the role

This full-time hybrid position at BarkleyOKRP supports the development of paid-media recommendations for MissionOne Media Planning clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and gain direct exposure to client interactions while creating and updating media flowcharts and translating complex data into clear insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tactical media recommendations and channel selections aligned with client objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with client-experience, activation, data & analytics, CRM, strategy, and finance teams.
• Generate audience insights using syndicated tools such as MRI‑Simmons, Resonate, and YouGov Profiles.
• Produce competitive intelligence reports on category investment trends.
• Collaborate with Barkley partners to evaluate audience, geographic, and vendor data for optimal media plans.
• Manage client media budgets, create and update media flowcharts, secure approvals, and authorize purchases.
