Media Coordinator

About the role

The Media Coordinator will join the Resort Marketing Department at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, creating visual stories that showcase the resort’s mountain conditions, guest experiences and events. Working closely with the Resort Marketing Manager and Communications team, you will capture, edit and distribute high‑quality photo and video content for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photography and video for the website, social media, advertising, digital signage and special campaigns.
• Maintain and organize digital media libraries, ensuring files are backed up and catalogued.
• Collaborate with marketing staff to identify timely stories, events and operational moments to capture.
• Support planned marketing campaigns and seasonal storytelling projects.
• Coordinate and escort visiting film crews, photographers, media partners and influencers on‑site.
• Serve as secondary snow reporter during the winter season, working early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Uphold Homewood brand standards across all visual assets.

Required profile

• Strong creative instincts and ability to work efficiently in an active mountain environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with robust file‑management habits.
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability to move safely while carrying equipment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays during the ski season.

Required skills

• Professional photography and videography.
• Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras, gimbals and drones.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or comparable video‑editing software.
• Strong digital file‑management and cataloguing skills.
