Media Coordinator – Digital Campaign Specialist

About the role

As a Media Coordinator at Gupta Media you will launch and optimise paid media campaigns across major platforms, analyse performance data and help clients achieve their marketing goals. You will receive hands‑on training on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok and work closely with account teams to turn insights into action.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPV and CPA, and generate performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy and audience targeting.
• Interpret data using Excel, Google Sheets and Google Analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Strong interest in marketing and advertising.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a can‑do attitude.
