Media Analyst – Digital Campaign Management

About the role

Gupta Media is seeking a Media Analyst to join its Philadelphia office. The role focuses on planning, buying, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of entertainment, sports, and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and continuously optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads and Reddit.
• Generate performance reports using the in‑house suite and tools like Google Analytics, creating custom data models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Communicate daily with clients via Zoom, phone and email, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Provide internal strategic insights and mentor junior team members.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with high enthusiasm and curiosity.
