Mechanical Installer

About the role

Join the Installation team to support large‑scale material handling and conveyor system projects across the United States. The role involves layout, pre‑assembly, installation, and run‑in of conveyor equipment with extensive travel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate layout and pre‑assembly of conveyor systems, ensuring flawless component integration.
• Install header steel, platforms, structural steel, guard rails, racks, and air piping with precision.
• Assemble and align conveyors and related mechanical components.
• Interpret detailed mechanical drawings, layout diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Follow strict safety procedures, LOTO protocols, and company quality standards.
• Maintain organized and safe tools, equipment, and work areas.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of hands‑on installation experience, preferably with conveyor equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb and perform physically demanding tasks in varied climates.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal hand tools.
• Willingness to travel 100% and stay on job sites for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings.
• OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Basic computer proficiency.
