Mechanical Engineer - IV

About the role

As a Mechanical Engineer you will leverage a strong foundation in physics, mathematics, and materials science to solve complex mechanical problems, design custom tooling, and support the handling, assembly, and disassembly of components throughout the product life cycle. You will create and modify engineering layouts, schematics, and specifications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of complex mechanical issues with minimal supervision.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers and custom tooling.
• Design, develop, and implement mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes.
• Generate product specifications and engineering test reports, performing complex analysis as needed.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components, sourcing critical parts to resolve technical challenges.

• Ability to interpret business issues and recommend best practices.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with a broad perspective for innovative solutions.
• Independent work style, with guidance only for the most complex situations.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects.
