Mechanic & Lube Technician

About the role

3 Forks Services is seeking a skilled Mechanic & Lube Technician to assemble, maintain, and repair a variety of machinery and vehicles, ensuring reliable operation for trucking, crane, and construction equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble machines and mechanical components according to specifications.
• Perform regular inspections, diagnostic tests, and repairs on engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• Organize preventive maintenance and lubrication of machinery components.
• Manage fluids, parts inventory, and restocking as needed.
• Provide guidance to equipment users on proper maintenance and safety practices.
• Document work logs, issue reports, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanic role.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and annual inspections.
• Experience maintaining diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and follow established procedures.
• Excellent physical strength and stamina.
