MDDU CBRN Operations Administration & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled MDDU CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) detection operations for a customer site in the Washington, DC metro area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support implementation of MDDP CBRN deployment plans and strategies tailored to specific operating environments.
• Interface with DHS toolsets such as ArcGIS and HSIN to manage CBRN data and knowledge.
• Manage MDDP tasking systems, operational requests, and deployment data, including property and fleet management.
• Create and maintain training and exercise documentation, including CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, and handbooks.
• Identify training requirements, develop training plans, and support CBRN detection exercises across the United States.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance (or higher) and ability to obtain DHS suitability.
• At least 10 years of experience in radiological and nuclear detection and training.
• Special‑event operational experience, including SEAR or NSSE events.
• Ability to travel up to 20 % of the time within the contiguous United States.

Required skills

• ArcGIS and HSIN data management tools.
• Mobile/Portable Radiation Detection Systems and Personal Radiation Detectors (PRD).
• Radiological Isotope Identification Device (RIID) – high‑res and low‑res.
• Auxiliary equipment such as radios and radioactive material sources.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard A/V equipment.
