About the role
This position is a full‑time plant operator responsible for the steam production plant, overseeing water‑tube boiler operations and providing maintenance during the assigned shift.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the steam plant and water‑tube boilers during the 2 p‑10 p shift.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed to ensure continuous steam production.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of plant performance and incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of experience in steam plant operations.
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than five points.
- First Grade State of Maryland Stationary Engineer’s License.

- Operation of water‑tube boilers.
- Steam plant operation and maintenance.
