MCIS Trainer with Security Clearance

About the role

CSA Global LLC is seeking an experienced MCIS Trainer to deliver both formal and on‑the‑job training for Army and other federal agencies at its Fort Dodge, Iowa location. The role supports the MCIS program by preparing warfighters and support personnel to operate the system safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct formal classroom instruction and informal over‑the‑shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute individual and squad‑to‑corps level MCIS and simulation training.
• Set up classrooms, network systems, and support simulations in accordance with Army training doctrine.
• Deliver instruction that follows Army standard POI and approved course instructional times.

Required profile

• Active Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma; Associates degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of MCIS teaching experience and prior service as an assistant instructor.
• At least 4 years of service supporting the Army or another defense service.
• Current certification with Army training doctrine.
