Mathematics Faculty (Non‑Tenure)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, 12‑month Mathematics faculty member for the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. This non‑tenure position will teach General Education mathematics courses and contribute to curriculum development and student assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality instruction in assigned General Education mathematics courses across on‑ground, hybrid, and online formats.
• Develop and revise curriculum to align with academic, transfer, and workforce trends.
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to support academic success.
• Collaborate with industry and academic partners to enhance program relevance.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.

• Full‑time, 12‑month appointment under the direction of the Dean of General Education and Transfer.
