About the role

Join a leading Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) team in Seattle, delivering high‑acuity, evidence‑based care to mothers and babies across the Pacific Northwest. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art facility at Swedish Medical Center‑First Hill while enjoying a 4‑day work week and robust support from laborists and nocturnists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics services for high‑risk pregnancies.
• Manage complex obstetric cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform full‑scope MFM procedures, including fetal echocardiography and chorionic villus sampling (CVS) when needed.
• Participate in consultative outreach to Everett and Issaquah and support a regional referral network.
• Teach OB/GYN residents and contribute to clinical research initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified/board‑eligible Maternal‑Fetal Medicine specialist (BC/BE).
• Experience in high‑volume obstetric environments with 7,500+ annual deliveries.
• Willingness to be on‑call 3–4 times per month with limited weekend calls.
• Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative teamwork.
