Materials Management Clerk – Full-Time (Multiple Openings)

About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth Supply Chain department is seeking full‑time Materials Management Clerks (Levels 1 and 2) to support inventory operations across the UHealth Medical Campus and satellite locations. You will play a key part in ensuring that medical supplies are received, inspected, stocked, and distributed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and restock inventory items, checking expiration dates and rotating stock as needed.
• Assist with unloading and unpacking deliveries, notifying staff of any discrepancies or overstock situations.
• Process tickets and requisitions, deliver supplies to the appropriate locations, and ensure accurate charging on delivery day.
• Print and apply labels to inventory packages and maintain accurate receiving and order paperwork.
• Adhere to university policies and safeguard assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Clerk 1; minimum 2 years for Clerk 2.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work under pressure.
• General knowledge of office procedures and data‑entry accuracy.
