Material Handler – Packaging & Production

About the role

The Material Handler is responsible for moving, mixing, and packaging products on a 12‑hour rotating shift. The role ensures product quality, safety, and housekeeping while supporting production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify differences between final packaging and correctly assemble boxes.
• Sample and label product boxes, monitor printer quality, and manage conveyor feed.
• Operate wash stations, AT01 elevator, material hoist, and other production equipment.
• Hand‑load additives, maintain tank levels, and update control‑room records.
• Maintain inventory records, store materials properly, and perform routine machine cleaning.
• Document work, logs, and reports; participate in training and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and regulatory procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed environment and follow standardized processes.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb regularly and stand 12‑hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in temperature extremes.
• Must pass forklift and respirator fit tests and be fluent in English.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
